CRM RedWhite is a software solution which is developed with our own expert software team.

There are both options. You can rent or purchase it. 

If you prefer annual leasing option you can get “Annual License Usage Rights”

If you prefer to purchase you are referred to as the "Licensee".

In the purchase or rental method, You can host the program on your server or PC, on a Windows based dedicated server, Windows based hosting or on our servers. 

When you purchase you pay a purchase price for once, and you become “Licensee”. You need to make “Annual Support Renewal Agreement” for the following years.

In the rental method, you acquire “Annual License Usage Rights.” Annual rental price includes annual support cost. You can renew rental agreement annually.

ANNUAL RENTAL METHOD: In this method total rental amount price is found sum of Main Modul,  Number of Users and Additional Modules. When your customer buy program as an annual rental they acquire “Annual License Usage Rights.”

PURCHASING METHOD: In this method total sales price is found sum of Main Modul,  Number of Users and Additional Modules. When your customer buy program they become “Licensee.”

The term of Annual License Use Right starts when the agreement is signed, and term of it 1 (one) year. In order to renew agreement, customer should be make payment on the current price list determined by CRM RedWhite before and / or after the end of the usage period.

After the renewal payment made by the customer program usage will be activated. 

If Annual License Usage Right don’t renewed by the customer, the program will not let entering new records, “new record” feature will be “PASSIVE”. However, you can be able to access old records.

In any case annual renting or purchasing, our technical expert connect and setup using by remote access programs (via web) to install  to customer’s own server, dedicated, or hosting.

We are sending training video link to customers who makes an annual renting.

We are giving online module training to our customers for 1 full day, who they buy the program.

When our customer select purchasing method, they become “Licensees” without paying an annual license price every year. Only, the annual support agreement is made with them.

When you purchase the program there is no fee for support for the first year. “Annual Support Agreement” should be made fort he next years.

You can use the program with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer / Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari.

We can import your customer information, product information and stock quantities into your CRM program with excel. 

The program consists of "Main Modules" and "Additional Modules". The main modules are fixed and you can choose the additional modules you need from among the "Additional Modules". Our experts assist you in determining the additional modules.

You can send your questions and support requests about the program to our technical support team by phone or mail during working hours. Our technical support and training support specialists help to you by mail, phone or remote access programs.

We keep the log records for in, out and export data of the program

Yes, we can import customers, contacts, products and bulk stock from excel files.

Yes. You can backup predetermined on days and hours as automatically.

Yes, you can export all lists as an Excel, Word, or PDF file formats.
